Regarding the MDX V1 token contract: 0x9d03393d297e42c135625d450c814892505f1a84
The Legal Part:
Mandala Acquisition LLC and Mandala Exchange Ltd. (“Mandala”) hereby announces that v1 MDX tokens acquired through trading on all centralized, decentralized, over the counter and uniswap trading pools, as well as all third party order books, shall not be recognized by Mandala after 12:01 AM EST on Friday, January 8, 2021.
V1 Tokens acquired via third parties after the stated time may not be honored by Mandala, nor will the acquired MDX V1 tokens be converted to MDX Version 3 tokens. Mandala reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis. Swaps initiated prior to the release of this announcement shall be honored, in full, by Mandala.
What this really means to you:
In sum, Mandala is requesting that its outstanding V1 token holders:
- Do not purchase, trade for, or acquire MDX V1 tokens from any marketplace after 12:01 EST January 8, 2021; and
- Initiate a support ticket to swap your currently held MDX V1 to V3 tokens as soon as possible. You can open a ticket at Support.Mandala.Exchange.
We are doing this in order to:
- Unify liquidity between V1 and V3 MDX token markets
- Expedite outstanding token swaps so that we can establish a reasonable token swap deadline
